Spring 2021 - WOO
Recital Payment / Recital Tickets
Required Recital Payment: $50/dancer
This payment is charged to ALL dancers in the recital, and is to cover the cost of the recital venue.
This will be posted to each dancer's online account, due along with June Tuition.
(June Tuition is also pro-rated to reflect 2 weeks.)
This Recital Payment is INSTEAD OF purchasing traditional Tickets.
Tickets will Not be available to the public, as we will have a limited audience size.
This "Recital Payment" will ensure that each dancer can have their designated audience members attend, on 1 night OR the other, without tickets "selling out".
Audience Members per Dance Family:
3 Audience Members per dance family.!
*This can be any 3 people you choose: mixture of parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.
The venue will pre-set chairs in groupings of 3. Each dance family will have 1 set of the 3 chairs,
on their designated "Audience Night".
Dancers in BOTH performances will have their audience members at 1 show OR the other, NOT both.
*If a parent is a Backstage Volunteer (Class Mom) during the show, then that parent will Not count as an audience member for that family, as they will not need a chair in the audience.
Volunteers in the Lobby WILL count as an audience member, as they will need an audience seat once the show begins.
Live Stream:
We also plan to live stream the performances through Zoom,
as an option for those unable to attend the recital in person.
*Zoom is an App you can download from your App store, or from Zoom.com, and create your account*
Then join the "meeting" with the numbers below, a few minutes before the performance begins.
